SoloQ operates as a virtual salon queue and booking platform. Since our services involve instant digital functionality and time-based access, **we do not provide refunds** for any reason once a booking or subscription is confirmed.
This policy applies to all users and transactions conducted via the SoloQ app and website. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Under exceptional circumstances where a refund may be legally required (for example, unauthorized transactions or technical failures preventing service use), such cases will be individually reviewed by our support team. Our decision in such cases shall be final.
Because SoloQ delivers virtual queue management as a service rather than tangible goods, payments made are considered final once your virtual appointment or service slot is booked, regardless of client attendance or salon availability.
Users are responsible for verifying salon details, schedules, and booking preferences before confirming appointments. SoloQ acts only as a digital facilitator and is not liable for salon-provided services or cancellations initiated by third parties.
DS Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy as needed. Continued use of SoloQ after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
